Med bakgrund i idén att lyckliga medarbetare är mer produktiva har det här arbetet tittat närmare på vad människor ser som viktigt för att de ska känna en arbetsnöjdhet. För att få inblick i människors tankar kring konceptet har fyra intervjuer gjorts med fyra personer som alla har längre arbetslivserfarenhet.
