Transpersoner tillhör en marginaliserad grupp som ofta tvingas möta olika typer av diskriminering i samhället. Tidigare forskning visar att förtroendet till samhället är lågt i denna grupp, samt att erfarenheter av bemötande från personal i vården till stor del är av negativ karaktär. I Sverige finns det nästan dubbelt så många manliga som kvinnliga chefer. I den transport- och logistikkoncern vi har valt att undersöka är det endast 15 procent kvinnliga chefer.
