Thioredoxin targets of the plant chloroplast lumen and their implications for plastid function
The light-dependent regulation of stromal enzymes by thioredoxin (Trx)-catalysed disulphide/dithiol exchange is known as a classical mechanism for control of chloroplast metabolism.
