Låneförbudet i ABL 12 kap. 7 § - verkningslöst eller fyller det sitt syfte?

Uppsatsen redogör för låneförbudsreglerna i ABL 12 kap. 7 §. Dessa regler har diskuterats flitigt i litteraturen ända sedan de infördes för drygt trettio år sedan. Det generella låneförbudets skatterättsliga syfte har kritiserats för att skapa problem inom associationsrätten. Undersökningen visar att de undantag från det generella låneförbudet som ansetts nödvändiga leder till - för borgenärerna -

En musikinspelning - En studie om musikproducenters syn på sitt samarbete med artister under musikinspelningar

I denna uppsats undersöker jag hur musikproducenter ser på sitt samarbete med musiker/artister under en musikproduktion. Metoden för undersökningen är en kvalitativ intervjustudie där tre etablerade svenska musikproducenter intervjuas. Resultaten visar att musikproducenterna lägger stor vikt vid sitt samarbete med artister. Några utav slutsatserna är att musikproducentyrket idag i Sverige handlar

Sjuksköterskans vård och specifika omvårdnad vid mild terapeutisk hypotermi

Cirka 10 000 personer drabbas varje år i Sverige av hjärtstopp utanför sjukhus. En liten del av dessa patienter återfår spontan cirkulation och inkommer levande till sjukhus.
