Självpresentation som redskap för att lyckas i karriären - unga kvinnors upplevelser av att nå karriärmässiga mål genom sociala beteenden
This study aims to show how young women feel about their abilities to reach their work-related goals and how their social behavior, specifically self-presentation, affects the outcome. By using a qualitative method, analyzes of the interviews can be made to get a deeper knowledge about the subject. The result of this study showed that all of the women had set high work-related goals for themselves
