Forskare vid Lunds universitet har i en ny observationsstudie tittat på samtliga fall av hjärttransplantationer hos barn under 18 år i Norden mellan 1986 och 2023. Totalt 597 barn ingick i studien, varav 461 transplanterades. I en studie ledd från Lunds universitet och Amsterdam University Medical Center, har forskare analyserat hjärnavbildning med PET på över 12 000 personer från hela världen.
