Losses of highly qualified employees pose a major threat to the survival of knowledge-intensive organizations in a highly competitive market. Despite this, not enough research has focused on psychological factors that can affect whether employees with expert knowledge choose to stay within their organizations or leave for other job opportunities. The current study investigated the associations bet
