Feministisk utrikespolitik har sedan 2015, då utrikesminister Margot Wallström deklarerar denna inriktning, varit ett diskussionsämne inom den svenska utrikes-politiken. Uppsatsens analys genomförs med målet att åskådliggöra skillnader i hur regeringarna framställer kvinnor, hur de inkluderas och vilka rättigheter de har i de utrikespolitiska debatterna 2008 och 2015.
