Intracerebral grafting of neuronal cell suspensions. II. Survival and growth of nigral cells implanted in different brain sites
Dissociated dopamine-rich cell suspensions were prepared from the ventral mesencephalon of rat embryos and injected in one or several sites in striatal and non-striatal regions in the dopaminergically denervated brain of adult rats. While the grafts survived well in all sites, the dopamine fibre outgrowth was markedly different depending on whether the grafts occurred in an area normally innervate

Tillämpningar av adaptiv reglering
The paper describes different ways of using adaptive control in industrial applications. Many practical issues must, however, be considered when implementing an adaptive control algorithm. There is a large discrepancy between simulation or academic algorithms and practical algorithms. Several applications an case studies are presented and the advantages of adaptive control are discussed.

ISA 95 – The vendor, end-user, academic and consultant perspective
The ISA 95 standard has started to have a major impact on manufacturing systems, being used for ERP to MES integration, MES specification, and MES-LIMS-WEC-CMM integration. It is being rapidly embraced by users, vendors, and consultants as a model for Level 3 manufacturing systems. This paper presents each of the ISA 95 standards as seen by the different users. End Users have a different perspecti

14C emission from Swedish nuclear power plants and its Eeffect on the 14C levels in the environment
The radionuclide 14C is produced in all types of nuclear reactors mainly by neutron-induced reactions in oxygen (17O), nitrogen (14N) and carbon (13C). Part of the 14C created is continuously released during normal operation as airborne effluents in various chemical forms (such as CO2, CO and hydrocarbons) to the surroundings. Because of the biological importance of carbon and the long physical ha
