Softwood hemicellulose-degrading enzymes from Aspergillus niger: Purification and properties of a β-mannanase
The enzymes needed for galactomannan hydrolysis, i.e. β-mannanase, α-galactosidase and β-mannosidase, were produced by the filamentous fungus Aspergillus niger.
