The Intimate State: Religion, Kinship and the Biopolitics of Reproductive Practices – Docent/Farewell Lecture by Dr. Yafa Shanneik

For the past five years, Dr. Yafa Shanneik has served as a Visiting Professor of Islamic Studies at the Centre for Theology and Religious Studies (CTR). This spring, she was appointed as a Docent/Associate Professor at the Joint Faculties of Humanities and Theology. To celebrate this achievement and to mark the end of her tenure as Visiting Professor, Yafa will deliver a combined Docent and Farewell Lecture. Refreshments will be served after the lecture.
