I received my doctoral degree in (Ancient) Greek at Lund University in 2007. During 2009-2015 I was a research fellow within the research programme “Early Monasticism and Classical Paideia” at CTR. Since 2016 I am a research fellow within the project "Formative Wisdom. The Reception of Monastic Sayings in European Culture: Scholarly Collaboration on a Digital Platform". My research primarily aims at studying and editing Greek collections of the Apophthegmata Patrum and other old monastic literature. I teach an interdisciplinary introduction course: "The Transmission of Premodern Texts". Other engagements include being in charge of the regular translation seminar at Johannesakademin, being a member of the governing board and the deputy preses of the association Collegium Patristicum Lundense and a member of the editorial board of the journal Patristica Nordica Annuaria.
